G Rotana

The hotel and apartment building G Rotana, which was created in partnership with Rotana, the biggest hotel chain in the Middle East, has an investment idea that is unheard of in Turkey. By giving them to Rotana management, the investment in the project’s hotel apartments is secured for a period of two years and delivered to the unit owner in US dollars. Once the guarantee time has over, the investors will receive their monthly apartment income in USD once more. The G Rotana is known as the closest hotel project to the third airport and is located in a highly advantageous location at the intersection of TEM and Basn Ekspres Road, 9 kilometers from Atatürk Airport.
Suyabatmaz/Demirel architecture studio designed the G Rotana, which contains 152 hotel apartments and 153 houses that range in size from 79 to 153 square meters. The project, which has an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a parking garage, assures its visitors the highest level of service quality and comfort.
