G Plus

One of the uncommon projects with a hotel is G Plus, which was completed in partnership with Divan, the most well-known and esteemed brand in the Turkish hospitality sector, and with Suyabatmaz/Demirel design. This prestigious mixed-use development, which includes homes, offices, and retail space, provides investors with a high income potential in addition to a prime location near the E-5 and TEM highways, two of Istanbul’s primary thoroughfares, the metro, and Atatürk Airport.

The project consists of 550 homes, 44 workplaces, and 27 retail establishments. The studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments range in size from 47 to 80 square meters. A SPA center, a fitness center, a parking area, and a garage are all included in the project, which spans two towers with 18 and 22 stories.
